Our Recycle program allows you to return your used wax so we can craft a new candle for you with a discount. Simply follow these steps:
- Finish your candle – Enjoy your Amora candle until the wax is fully used.
- Return the wax – Save the leftover wax instead of discarding it and follow these instructions.
- Fill out our wax recycling form - Let us know details of your leftover wax delivery.
- Wax Return – Customers send back their used wax (Minimum quantity accepted: 80gr) and Amora will calculate the discount amount you will receive based on our assessment of the condition of the wax and quantity.
- Choose a New Candle – Then you will receive a discount on your purchase for participating in this program.
- Candle Refill Creation – Amora melts and filters the wax, adds a new fragrance (if chosen), and crafts a fresh candle.
- New Candle Delivered – The customer receives their new candle, ready to enjoy again!
- You must complete our form
- You must make sure that the delivery locations are convenient for you
- You must check your wax residues as they must be clean, without containing other substances.
- You should store it in a paper bag or cardboard box.
No, you don’t need to clean the wax. Simply remove any large debris or leftover wick, and we’ll handle the rest.
You will only have to correctly fill out our form to contact us via email. In this form we will let you know where you can deliver your beeswax to us. We will arrange the most convenient date and time by email.
We require at least 80 grams of wax to ensure we can give you a good discount in your next candle. If you have less wax, try to save a little bit more! For a better world!
Once we receive your wax, your discount will be calculated and your new candle will be crafted and shipped within 5 - 7 business days.
We can combine wax from multiple Amora candles into new candles for you. If you’d like to mix scents or create something custom, let us know in your request!
